Words for the Day

Extort: to obtain [something] from another by coercion or intimidation.

Extortion: illegal use of one’s official position or powers to obtain property, funds, or patronage.

Come to think of it, these are words not just for today, but evidently for the entire duration of the Obama regime. (Isn’t extortion an impeachable offense? Let’s HOPE so.)
