Dear Speaker:

When you took your oath of office before God and your fellow man, you were given a sacred trust to uphold the Constitution of the United States and preserve our representative republic.

I have read reports that President Obama is considering circumventing Congress (again) and twisting the meaning of the 14th Amendment that requires him to make debt payments first and mandates prioritizing the debt over other commitments to avoid default, and with blatant disrespect for our governing documents, take it upon himself to raise the debt ceiling. I have also read that he is using government agencies like the EPA to enact policies that he cannot get through Congress legislatively, and therefore he is ruling like a dictator.

I demand that Congress initiate impeachment proceedings if this tyrannical president – who does not think he has to abide by the Constitution or the law like everyone else – commits one more infraction. If he ignores the Constitution one more time, YOU MUST IMPEACH THIS TYRANT IMMEDIATELY. America will not survive the rest of this outlaw’s term if he continues to disregard the Constitutionally-defined role of president.

It is incumbent on you and the Senate to rein in this out-of-control executive before he completes his "fundamental transformation" of the United States of America. To quote the president himself, "Enough is enough."

In addition, I would like to ask you to re-read the Declaration of Independence to see if any of the grievances noted therein apply today. If you think they do, then you must do whatever is in your power – including impeachment and the accompanying punishments prescribed by law – to preserve our nation as it was founded.

The way I see it, upholding the Constitution is not only your main function as a sworn member of Congress, but your duty as an American citizen. God bless you and God help the United States of America.
